JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve customer complaints via Ticket System Software, phone, email.
- Reach out to customers using Customer support software and verify account information.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem
- Cancel or upgrade accounts.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Answer questions about terms of sale.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Suggest solutions for problems.
- Handle product recalls.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions..
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Should have Polite Nature, Obedient, Respectful, honest, trustworthy, cultural awareness, sensible & flexible
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Good command over language and grammar (Hindi & English)
• Sharpe Knowledge of Basic of Computers, Internet Services and Social Networking Websites
• Familiarity with Ticket Support System
• Knowledge of general Office machines and telephone system.
• Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
• Ability and willingness to work in weekend days.
• Any additional Skill will be considered with preference
SALARY DETAILS
Contract : Yes
Minimum Duration : 1 Year
Joining : Immediate
Salary – 1.4 – 3.0 Lakh PA
